Ingredients Needed:
- 1 pound of deveined large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons good olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 3tablespoons butter
- 1tablespoon chopped garlic (or minced)
- teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2tablespoons flour
- 2 cup milk
- 1 – 1 1⁄2cup shredded parmesan cheese (grated will not work well, shredded works best!)
- salt and pepper
- 4 -5scallions (green onions, diced with scissors)
- Garnish with chopped parsley and Lemon wedges
Method:
- Thaw the shrimp
- Cook the pasta
- Pat the shrimp dry. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with all the spices. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil. Fry the shrimp for about 1 to 2 minutes per side until cooked through. Set them aside.
Make the sauce:
- Add garlic, olive oil, and butter, and saute on medium heat until butter is melted. Add the red pepper flakes
- Mix in flour and stir
- Slowly add milk, bring to a boil, lower heat and stir let it thicken
- Add parmesan and stir until it has melted
Serve:
When ready, add the spaghetti to the sauce and then the shrimp. Remove from the heat. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

One Pan Garlic Salmon Dish
Garlic Baked Salmon is one of the best seafood dishes made in a one-pan and an easy dinner. It is an easy recipe that needs only a few ingredients! As well as the added benefit of just having to wash one pan!

- Potatoes
- Salmon
- Asparagus
- Lemon Juice
- Butter
- Garlic

Method:
This really is such an easy meal to prepare in 1, 2, 3, and 4 steps:
- Bake your potatoes first. Salmon is quicker to bake. Rub salmon fillets with minced garlic
- Once your potatoes are done, push them to one side and add the salmon and asparagus
- Mix lemon juice with melted butter and pour it all over your salmon and asparagus
- Bake in a preheated (400°F or 200°C) oven for about 8 to 10 minutes
