The main NSIC functions are to promote India’s budding local business and provide assistance to Small Scale Industries (SSI).

NSIC Certification in Gujrat:
NSIC Certificate in Gujrat describes National Small Industries Company under the Ministry of MSME (Micro, small, and also medium venture). NSIC registration promotes the development of MSME companies in Gujrat by running numerous promotions and marketing Assistance, Single Point Registration Plan, Efficiency credit rating, and ranking scheme. NSIC Registration Procedure in Gujrat:
- MSME can apply online through the official website of NSIC by completing the application that can be downloaded online through the website.
- Copy of the Registration application, along with documents, is forwarded to the inspecting agency.
- On receipt of the inspection report submitted to NSIC by the inspecting agency, it shall issue the Single Point Registration Scheme Certificate.
Documents required for Online NSIC registration
The following documents are annexed with the online/offline application for NSIC registration:
- Performance Statement.
- Memorandum of Association.
- Articles of Association.
- Complete details of plant & machinery installed, such as date of purchase, asset value, depreciation, etc.
- LLP agreement in case an applicant is LLP
- Form A issued by the registrar of firms to a partnership firm
- Self-attested supporting documents for ownership
- Self-attested supporting documents for ownership
- Declaration from director concerning non-connection with any large-scale unit.
- Bank’s report describing the financial position of the applicant
- Complete list of raw materials, finished goods, or in-process goods.
- PAN of the company
- Audited financial statement of the preceding year
- BIS License, if applicable
- ISO 9000 (Optional requirement)
- Details about quality control equipment installed in the factory
- Copy of latest electricity bill of the premise
- Information on human resources, including technicians employed in the manufacturing department.
NSIC Registration Fee
1. If the Finacial statement of the company is Less than INR 1 Crores:
- Micro enterprises are charged INR 3,000, whereas small enterprises are charged INR 5,000.
2. More than INR 1 Crore:
- Micro enterprises are charged INR 3,000 plus INR 1,500 for every additional crore in the turnover.
- Small enterprises are charged INR 5,000 plus INR 2,000 for every additional crore in the turnover.
NSIC Certificate Validity Period
NSIC certificate under Single Point Registration Scheme shall be valid for 2 Years. This shall be renewed every two years after verification of Commercial and Technical Competence (CTC) of the registered MSEs.
