Around 72 occupations and professions that have been deemed as the skills shortages, have been compiled in the list. The Godfields DAMA has secured 72 occupations across various occupational groups and skilled fields ranging from executive level to managerial positions and from IT, Engineering, Medical and Accounting fields.
It should also be noted here that DAMA is not only specific to certain fields as to say mining and heavy drilling and industry jobs. But the list of 72 fields incorporates a wide range of occupational fields per say child care workers, hospitality, and also disability workers so that these workers can help fulfill the skill market shortages and gaps in the market. A complete list of occupations can be find below.
In addition to this, around 500 approved nominations for Temporary Skills Shortage (TSS) or Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visas are said to be endorsed in the first year. Also, the number of occupations, their fields and the number of nominations are said to be re-negotiated in the coming time.
